A Tradition Worth Remembering
For Thomas, author and creator of Candy the Reindeer, that candy trail was part of growing up. Christmas morning always came with a little extra magic.
Each Christmas Eve after he and his sister Brittany went to sleep, their parents would lay out a trail of Christmas candy from the tree to their bedrooms.
On Christmas morning, they’d wake up and follow the trail piece by piece as they made their way toward the tree and presents.
It was simple.
It was sweet.
And it became unforgettable.
The Question That Changed Everything
That candy trail remained part of the family’s Christmas story for nearly 30 years. It was the kind of tradition that did not need to be complicated to be meaningful. It created anticipation, wonder, and a Christmas morning memory the kids looked forward to year after year.
Years later, as Thomas and his wife Anastasia created Christmas traditions with their own children, they realized something: This was too special not to share.
But there was one question…
If there’s a candy trail on Christmas morning, how did it get there?
That’s where Candy came in.
Meet Candy
Not the fastest reindeer. Not the most disciplined. Definitely not the best at following rules.
But the most fun?
Without question.
Candy the Reindeer™ was born — a sweet-loving, slightly mischievous, always-hungry little character who would go on to inspire a brand-new Christmas tradition.
From One Family to Yours
Candy the Reindeer™ became the playful answer to the question. A candy-loving reindeer who inspires Santa to leave behind a trail of treats and turns one small mistake into Christmas magic.
What started as one family’s tradition became something more. A simple, repeatable way to create wonder and a little extra sprinkle of North Pole magic each Christmas morning.
The Magic lives on
Candy’s still at the North Pole…
still sneaking candy when no one’s looking.
And every Christmas Eve,
he reminds Santa to leave an extra sprinkle of North Pole magic in your home, too.
